Bible verses on joy are
verses given by God to express the joy of the lord or joy in Jesus or even joy
among Christian ministers or members. Although joy in Jesus is tantamount to
joy of the lord because, God have joy in Jesus that is why God said this is mine
beloved son in whom I am well please.
Bible verses on joy will
have been difficult to outline in whole manuscripts of the holy writings (Bible).
Because Bible writers did not divide their message into chapters or verses.
They just wrote down the whole message God gave them so that the readers could
also get the whole message, not just tiny parts of it. Early in the 13th century
C.E., English cleric Stephen Langton experimented with different ways of
dividing the Bible into smaller section or chapters, mainly it seems, for
reference purposes. Therefore for the benefit of this, you can now search on
Bible verses on joy and have as many you need.
Most of the Bible verses on
joy highlight the Joy of the Lord from Salvation of a sinner, there is joy in
Jesus when a sinner repents of his sins and turns away from them all. He is
cleansed, justified and adopted into God’s family. His name is written in the
book of life and he receives the hope of eternal life. He experiences newness
of life with joy of God. Therefore if
any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
How Can You Experience the Joy Of the Lord From
Salvation?
The joy of the
Lord comes from the following steps
Ø
Acknowledge your sinfulness before God: This is a step of joy in Jesus from salvation,
when you are wholeheartedly surrender yourself to God, acknowledge that you are
a sinner confess and repent from them all you will now experience the great joy
in your life because the joy of God from salvation is never earned; rather, it
is an experience freely bestowed on all who believe.
Ø
In Order To Get Joy of God through Salvation as a
Sinner you must believe the record of God’s word which declares
every man a sinner. Roman 5:12 wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the
world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned. In this verse, it tells us that we all have inherited sins from our
first father Adam. So for you to purge of these sins and become anew creature
in Christ you are to accept the fact that Jesus died for your sins. Repent of
your sins turn away from them completely. Ask God to save you on the merit of
Christ’s death. For the joy of God and the joy in Jesus you invite Jesus into
your heart and believe that with this simple prayer, you are saved. Let your
faith be hinged on God’s word and not on your feelings. Then start to walk with
God in the newness of life for the joy of the lord to be fully manifest in you.
To
keep saved. Let
your faith be hinged on God, you must daily abide in Christ and his word. Here
is another area Satan deceives many who profess to be saved but whose lives are
absent from God’s demand for holy living. Although we are saved by grace, we
are created unto good works in Christ Jesus.
